Selection
Candidates are called for an Aptitute test.
Candidates are carefully selected after personal interview.
Training
Selected candidates undergo six months of extensive training on real-time projects under the guidance of experienced associates.
Trainees start earning a monthly salary after completion of six months of on-the-job training.
Candidates who show exceptional performance during the training period can be eligible for salary from the fourth month itself.
Employment
Candidates who successfully complete the six month training are absorbed into Evince to become junior associates.
Full credit is given for the 1 year of work experience obtained during the in-house training program.
