Business Development Manager - Web Solutions

We are looking for marketing executives to improve evince penetration in the international market. Candidates would be required to work with defined targets therefore candidate must be confident about new generation of business needs.

Project Manager - Web Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage website design and development projects with a team size of 10 to 15 designers & developers
Understand user requirements, information architecture and translate them into solution design for websites
Define design and development tasks, identify resources and allocate tasks to resources
Track project development, identify and resolve resource and requirements issues at team level
Communicate development status and progress internally and with clients on regular basis
Manage client acceptance testing for developed projects
Define & implement delivery processes

Essential Skills:

Good understanding and experience of open source web development projects and technologies
Team building, team leading, task allocation and task management skills
Planning, organizing, defining & implementing delivery processes
Hands on experience on web design, web development or software project management is a must
Excellent communication & team work

Notes: Knowledge or experience of working on PHP frameworks preferred. Experience of using Project Management tools is essential. Formal Project Management training or certification will be added advantage.

Quality Analyst (QA/QC)

Roles & Responsibilities:

The QA will be involved in the quality testing of all our web based projects and in testing open source applications.
QA will be responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan and executing the plan.
Be able to Understand and analyze Functional, Technical, web design and UI requirements of any project.
Discuss any problems or bugs in the program code with the developers of the web application.
Check if the overall aesthetic look and design of the website is good enough for users.
Analyze the website completely from a user point of view.
Complete understanding of web applcations / website related issues.
To make sure that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live.

Good understanding and experience of open source web development projects and technologies
Planning, organizing, defining & implementing quality processes
Excellent communication & team work

SEO Specialist

SEO Specialist should have an expertise in Off Page activities such as Link Building, Social Book Marking, Forum Posting, Forum Commenting, Blog Commenting, Blog Posting, Article Posting, Classifieds Ads Submission, Maintenaning Social Media pages (Facebook and Twitter). Should be able to generate good result of ranking in Google, Bing and Yahoo.
Should also be knowledgeable regarding On Page SEO factors such as Meta tag content, Title content and HTML tag usage.

PHP Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand user requirements, information architecture and translate them into websites / webapplications
Working with PHP Frameworks (CakePHP, Zend)
Or
Customizing CMS applications (Joomla, Wordpress)
Or
Customizing E-Commerce applications (Zen Cart, OS-Commerce)

Essential Skills:

Logical thinking and reasoning
Excellent communication & team work
Command over PHP programming language, HTML, JavaScript and MySQL

Web Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create website designs based on client specifications and convert the designs to HTML + CSS
Convert created designs to standards based cross browser compliant XHTML + CSS
Understand user requirements, information architecture and translate them into a UI design for websites
Create wireframes/prototype based on site maps

Essential Skills:

Creative visualization and designing
Command over Adobe Photoshop and Flash,
Good understanding of HTML and CSS
Excellent communication & team work

Content Writer / Blogger

Experience in creative writing, copy for multimedia presentations, content for websites, designing web based promotions etc. are pre-requisites for all candidates. All candidates need to be very familiar with working on the internet.
